Mojang Cancels The Super Duper Graphics Pack For Minecraft

Mojang's latest Minecraft blog post has revealed the cancellation of the Super Duper Graphics Pack.

This "ambitious initiative" was meant to bring a new look to the open-world survival crafting game, but unfortunately has proven to be too technically demanding to implement. The main reason it has been axed is to do with the pack's performance across devices. Here's the full explanation:
