I just got an Xbox one I’m trying to set it up and it’s showing me the “your tv signal was lost”

Yes it’s in the TV out hmdi Tried pairing manually now I’m suck and sad.

Edit: since I bought it used the controller I have isn’t set up and I can’t get them paired
