Red Dead Redemption 2 Weapon Expert Challenge Guide

Want to unlock and complete Red Dead 2’s Weapon Expert Challenges? This Red Dead Redemption 2 Weapon Expert Challenge Guide will tell you how to unlock the first challenge and how you can complete each subsequent challenge including objectives and rewards.

In order to unlock the Weapon Expert Challenge of the Challenge section in Red Dead 2, you will need to get a knife kill. This does not include throwing knives. You need to use your melee knife and either stealth kill someone or just stab them in the gut. Once you complete your first melee kill with a knife, the Weapon Expert tree becomes available.

Weapon Expert Challenge 1

Kill 3 enemies with a knife. You can do this via stealth or in melee combat.

Weapons Expert Holster at the Trapper.

Weapon Expert Challenge 2

Kill 3 enemies in 10 seconds using only throwing knives.

Weapon Expert Challenge 3

Kill three birds of prey using a tomahawk

Weapon Expert Challenge 4

Kill 10 enemies with a shotgun using ammo you have crafted

Weapon Expert Challenge 5

Kill 5 mount enemies with 5 throwing knives

Weapon Expert Challenge 6

Using dynamite, kill 4 enemies at once

Weapon Expert Challenge 7

Kill 4 enemies in a row using the same tomahawk. Kill one, pick up, repeeat

Weapon Expert Challenge 8

Using a long-barreled shotgun, kill 15 enemies

Weapon Expert Challenge 9

Stealth kill 9 unaware enemies using a bow

Weapon Expert Challenge 10

Kill a grizzly bear without taking damage using only throwing knives
