If you've been involved in mmo gaming communities ever, you'll always encounter at some point one of the "old players" that tells everyone that "the game was so much better when I started playing".
And today I was thinking the exact same thing about Overwatch and it made me wonder - was it really ?
I came to the conclusion that the reason why I felt that way is because back in the days, I was not so compedtitive about the game, it was just a really good new game that you enjoyed to its fullest potential. Now you're used to it so you don't have that excitment of playing a new game anymore and thats why you feel differently about it, not necessarily because it's worse.
