Is it still happening?
Remember how Saber Interactive said it was working on an update for its Switch port of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition that would be worth the wait? Well, according to Wccftech - the same source that originally shared this news - all references to this update have now been removed from Saber's official VK social Media page.
The only remaining Witcher 3 reference is a post from 27th January, which directs users to CD Projekt Red's official support page for all inquiries about the game. Prior to this, modders had reportedly discovered additional graphics options for the title around the time of the Switch release, leading to theories it would be receiving a major update, rather than a minor one.
