Gaming keyboard makers HyperX and Ducky have announced a brand new collaboration. The two companies have created a new limited-edition mechanical keyboard, the Ducky One 2 Mini, which utilizes HyperX red linear switches housed by Ducky PBT double-shot seamless keycaps. It comes in a compact form factor, measuring in at about 60% of a regular keyboard's size. It costs $110 and is limited to only 3,700 units, and while you can't buy one for yourself at this moment, you will be able to soon: the Duckey One 2 Mini launches on May 12 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.
Everything to the right of the 'Enter' key has been removed from the Ducky One 2 Mini, while the top row of functions have been moved to secondary inputs on the number keys. It features Ducky's 2.0 Macro support as well, allowing users to program and save up to six different macro profiles right on the keyboard. Its detachable USB-C cable also makes it a perfect keyboard for travel, small desks, and anyone who doesn't have a lot of space.
