Earlier this week, prior to the release of the Isle of Armor DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield, we heard how some trainers had bought the wrong Expansion Pass.
At the time, Nintendo's customer support team in Japan told buyers to be careful when purchasing the expansion. If you didn't already know, according to the support section on its American website, the company is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for "mistaken" purchases.
