Signature Series Todd Helton has replaced Future Stars Jesus Luzardo in Headliners packs today. Headliners Set 47 Todd Helton is a 99 overall.
This is the second version of Helton in Diamond Dynasty this year. Helton was one of the original reveals for DD back during pre-release, and he was one of the 1st Inning bosses for that program. I personally love the original All-Star Todd Helton card and even Prestige’d it earlier this year. This updated version of Helton maxes out his contact vs. right-handed pitching and his discipline. When comparing the two versions of Helton, this card gets you major upgrades in contact overall and power vs. right-handed pitching. The fielding and the power vs. left-handed pitching are the two areas that don’t get significant upgrades.
There are tons of good 1B options out there so I’m not sure how much Helton will move the needle, but I’m interested in him based on my prior success using him.

The odds on the Headliners packs remain the same as always, so good luck if you try getting him in packs as you’ll have a 1:10 chance at a diamond, albeit that diamond might not be Signature Series Todd Helton.
