Make your own sweetrolls with the official Elder Scrolls cookbook, due next year

If you’re anything like me, Christmas is a time for family, but more importantly for food. And with several days off over the break, it’s also a pretty good time to dive into some videogames. So why not combine those two things with an official Elder Scrolls cookbook. The Elder Scrolls: The Official Cookbook has recently popped up on Amazon, and is being written by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel. The author has previously put together cookbooks based on the worlds of Game of Thrones and World of Warcraft, and is now heading to Tamriel for her latest culinary adventure. While Skyrim might be the series’ most recent offering, Monroe-Cassel’s cookbook promises to take you all over Tamriel. The book’s description promises to take you through “the diverse cuisines of the Nords, Bosmer, Khajit, and beyond,” with 60 recipes from across the world of the series. Having only played Skyrim, I’m interested to see what some of the Southern races have to offer, and I’m definitely hoping for some Khajit-style sushi to make an appearance.
