Vexx is a beloved platformer of yesteryear developed by Acclaim Studios Austin for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube. Designed for the "hardcore" gaming audience, Vexx offered difficulty platforming and combat challenges with little in terms of checkpoints or safety nets. Most runs had to be nearly flawless if progress was to be made. Game Informer's Kyle Hilliard finds out just how punishing this game (and it's trusty camera) can be as he fails repeatedly, much to our enjoyment.
As his failure unfolds, we dive deep into Vexx's history and reviews, and uncover some terrible writing from yours truly. We then take a look at a second game that fairs much better, and ends up delighting us to no end. Thanks again for watching, and we hope you enjoy this embarrassing look back at Game Informer's past. See you in seven days!
