I'm a little bit down for my try to do youtube gaming. It's not because of the fact that I want instant subscribers, but it's really sad when you don't have partecipation from your audience!
My average audience retention is too low - so it means that they don't see my content - and even if slowly the channel has more views, I still don't receive comments or any kind of partecipation even if I ask it on the videos. It's very difficult because you feel like you're doing it for yourself, alone. And that's not what I wanted... I would really like a response by my following, involve them.
I'm also thinking that some gamers do very calm/slow games like minecraft and still they communicate with their followers, so it's not a matter of "following the big game at the moment".
Can somebody of you give me some thoughts about that? Should I persevere and wait my little community to find me and interact with me or is there something I've been missing?
