Where To Find Treasure Chests In Anthem

One of the most annoying parts of Anthem is the trial of Yvenia where you need to collect 15 treasure chests. Check out this guide to find out where to find treasure chests in Anthem. The sooner you get this done the better.

World Map Chests

The main reason this mission is so annoying is because YOU have to open the chests to get credit. It has to be done in free play, which means you are always with other people. If they take the chests before you get there, you have to wait for it to spawn again before you can get it. I don’t recommend focusing solely on this method because you will have to reload a few times. I made a video of a quick route I took to get six or seven chests.

World Events

These can be a blessing or a curse. If you can beat it alone you will have access to a free chest that counts towards the trial. If someone is helping you, you will have to beat them to the chest. You can get world events by flying around the map and going to the purple symbol that pops up. These are normally doable solo, so don’t hesitate to try them. I got most of my chests by doing this combined with my video run.

Hidden Places

The hidden places in Anthem are archways on the map. Each of these will have at least one chest that you can loot and it is instanced, meaning someone else can’t take yours unless they load in with you. The downside to these is that you have to load in and then load out. The load in is pretty quick but the load out is the normal load which takes forever. I did a couple of these to complete the trial but you can avoid them if you focus on World Events. We have a guide of hidden places here if you want to find them all.
