Pokémon Masters appears to be off to a strong start following yesterday's release, with mobile market analyst Sensor Tower revealing DeNA's new release has already become the top download for iPhone in 27 countries. Yep, 27 countries!
This is said to be an improvement on Game Freak's 2018 release, Pokémon Quest, which debuted in the charts in second place. Pokémon Masters is also currently in the top spot on the Japanese and Hong Kong iPhone charts in terms of revenue. However, in the same category in the US, the game is only in 12th place. Still, that's a lot better than Quest in the same market, which only managed to reach the 75th spot.
