Oh, surely not?
If there's one 3D adventure most Sonic fans can get behind, it's Sonic Adventure. It was a launch title for the Sega Dreamcast in 1998 and if you were a Nintendo GameCube owner, you might have also experienced the Director's Cut a number of years later.
Since then, this critically-acclaimed title – considered by some as one of the greatest video games of all-time – has received a high-definition digital release across multiple platforms. For a while, though, a number of diehard fans have been longing for a proper remake. While Sega has seemingly shown little interest in such a project over the years, a recent song release via its social channels (see above), has sent fans into an absolute frenzy.
