Buying PC / PS4 / xbox?

I have an idea to buy a PC or console for gaming and other work. I recently got a quotation with these specs. AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor, Asus A320 chipset motherboard,16GB 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM,120 GB SSD,1TB HDD,ASUS TUF GTX 1660 6GB GDDR5 . This PC is twice as price than PS4 pro and Xbox in our country. What do you think is worth to buy?
