The Final Sin is level 13 in Doom Eternal and the last level. This Doom Eternal Final Sin Secret Locations Guide tells you where to find each of the secrets hidden on the Final Sin level. If you’re not after 100% completion, these secrets don’t offer much towards that. They are only Extra Lives, preparing you for some really difficult fights in the build up to the finale.
The Secrets are scattered throughout the level, offering Extra Lives for the battles ahead. There’s some really challenging fight sequences in this area so unless you’re Doom Guy levels of confident, you probably want to pick them up along the way. Just in case, right?
Doom Eternal Final Sin Secret Locations Guide
Final Sin Secret #1
Right near the beginning of the level. Destroy the wall, climb the shelves, and go through the ventilation shaft for the secret

Final Sin Secret #2
When you jump across the two buildings, go to the left side once you reach the other side. There’s another secret here.

Final Sin Secret #3
When you reach the two elevators, ignore the right one at first. Look into the broken one on the left. There’s a switch you can shoot. Once you shoot it, climb the elevator to the right and then check the left elevator on the next floor. You can now pass it to reach this secret.

Final Sin Secret #4
As you get closer to the top floor, after you make the big jump leading to the stairs, circle around the stairs to the other side of the organic growth coming from the center of the building. There’s a wall here you can destroy for a secret.
