With the NBA season suspended due to the COVID-19 precautions being taken worldwide, 2K has lifted the injuries in NBA 2K20, so fans can play with all of their favorite players in Play Now Online.
As Ronnie points out, if and when the season resumes, the players who are still injured IRL will be reflected in-game as well.
Injuries have been lifted from the #NBA2K20 rosters. Warriors and Nets move back to Tier 1 grouping in Play Now Online.
If and when the season resumes, the rosters will go back to being reflected at that point.

The tiers component of this will change match-ups in some regards as now players may have to decide who they want to use in PNO games. Otherwise, this should not change too much about Play Now Online.
