Blending anime stylings with western writing, Visual Novel Village announced that a demo of their dark romance visual novel Student Union is now available.
Set in the present day, Student Union follows the story of Lane Fox as he kicks off his last year of high school. Desperately in need of work, he turns to the faculty for assistance. The assistant principal Mr. Underwood has just the solution for his dilemma: form and lead a student organization dedicated to the support and maintenance of the institution.
There’s just one problem: Lane needs to convince at least four other students to join by the end of the week. However, as things progress, he soon learns that the school administration is more sinister than it seems, with all choices having large and lasting impacts on progression.
The script of the final release of this title will feature more than 450,000 words, and the development team promises more than 40 hours of gameplay with multiple endings. As of right now, more than 30 backgrounds and more than 50 illustrations are planned.
