To people who collect games: Would you be upset if someone got you one with no booklet inside?

Apologies in advance for the stupid question. Just bought silent hill 4 for my bf’s birthday cause he’s been trying to get all of them for years, and it’s a bit tough to find the ps2 ones, especially in our country. The thing is, the guy I got it from had lost the little booklet :(

As someone who also plays games, that wouldn’t be an issue for me, but since he collects them I see how it would feel??incomplete. Wonder if it would’ve been better if I got him something else instead lmao.
