Any reccomendations for a game to play with friends on a regular basis?

Hi! So my friends and I are all long time gamers, and we're looking for something we can play together! It's just the three of us- myself, E and T. I have a switch and a laptop, E has a switch and a PS4, and T has a laptop, a switch and an xbox one. We all have phones, obviously. We're just looking for something fun to play together, either in the same room or long distance- thanks in advance for any reccomendations! (Please avoid melee or fps games-we don't particularly like those!)
