It's been just over a week now since Square Enix launched Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and mobile devices, and well, let's just say it hasn't exactly worked out in some parts of the world.
We've already heard how the game was pulled from the local eShop in Australia and New Zealand after ongoing multiplayer and connection issues and now, the game's director - Araki Ryoma - has issued an apology to all players who have been inconvenienced in the game's launch week and says the development team and himself will "try to put things right".
