Call of Duty: Warzone now has 100 million players, Activision has announced.
It's an impressive number for the free-to-play battle royale, which launched in March 2020. As I argued last month, love it or hate it, Warzone has changed Call of Duty forever.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of EA's announcement that Respawn's free-to-play battle royale, Apex Legends, also has 100 million players.
