A friend of mine was hired to do some facial mocap (motion capture) work on a remaster of a video game. Due to non-disclosure stuff he can't tell me what game (or even what studio), but I'm trying to guess what it is.
Here's what we know:
The original or a port is available on PC/PS4/XB1/Mobile - friend was asked to play original on one of these platforms for research purposes. It has voiceover work which is not being replaced, he is hired just to do mocap to line up with the prerecorded lines. It is simply a graphics remaster and keeping old voice acting, although it likely has fairly lifelike graphics in some capacity if it requires facial motion capture work. Given that he just got hired it likely isn't something that's been announced yet. Friend lives in Colorado.
Anybody got some good guesses?
