The original Battlefront 2 and other classic Star Wars games are now on Origin Access

EA has added 12 classic Star Wars games to its Origin Access subscription service - which include the likes of Dark Forces, Republic Commando, X-Wing Alliance, and the original Battlefront II from 2005. These games join the Star Wars titles already on Origin Access, which are EA's own Battlefront games, both Knights of the Old Republic games, all LEGO Star Wars titles, RTS Empire At War, and LucasArts' last internally-developed Star Wars games - The Force Unleashed 1 and 2. BioWare's The Old Republic MMO is also on Origin, of course, but that's free-to-play anyway. The games have all been added to the Vault - the special catalogue of older games on the service - and you can get all of these games on the basic Origin Access subscription, which costs $30/£20 a year, or $5/£4 a month, and comes complete with access to all games in the Vault. It also comes with 10-hour trial versions of new games. Alternatively there's Origin Access Premier, which costs $100/£90 a year, but you get all of EA's new games included.
