A new and "magical" 2D platformer titled Enchanted Portals has come under fire for being too close in resemblance to Cuphead. The Switch and PC project hasn't even made it to Kickstarter yet, but already the promotional trailer is causing quite a stir online.
During an interview with Polygon, Xixo - the developer behind the game (comprised of just two individuals) - said they experienced a lot of negativity after the original tweet went viral:
