The former Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aimé – who was replaced by Doug Bowser earlier this year – has received the prestigious "Walter Day Life Time Achievement Award" from the International Video Game Hall of Fame.
Triforce, who "was always first in line" at Nintendo's launch events, put forward the nomination and was thanked during Reggie's acceptance video. The former Nintendo president also touched on how he was happy to be receiving the reward in a year when Nintendo was being recognised for its efforts, and also thanked the video game community for the love.
